The past...

I remember a 'wise' meerkat offered the best advice anyone couldn't give. You gotta put the past behind ya.

Of course, he forgot to mention how the past just came right behind us. I pretty much didn't expect the unexpected at the Taylor's College Asaban Anime Fest.

First off, I meet one of my seniors from college. And she's a hottie. XD What can I say. Boy was I bumped! Finally a chance to meet.

And well... The other was bitter sweet. Let's just say someone that meant a lot to me from my past and dissapeared without notice, came back. Well, to a certain extend it did bother me after 2 years not seeing her... Well maybe once within the time frame... I had always been confused about that. Why? Why would she leave just like that after the care that I gave her. Anyway, I manage to confront my fear.... with a little help... and approached it. I would say it feels good now that I've seen her after all this while. And not just seeing her from a far and just have all those anger you've kept for all this while. I confronted her to ask what happened after all these years... All though not all the questions are answered... But yea.. Feels like a burden is lifted....

And dejavu!!! Gawd. It happened last week. And it happened again. It was like i've been there before. But can't remember when I've been there. My best guess would be in my dreams.

So today, it was pretty much about the past coming back to me. Whatever the reason was.. be it a higher calling to face my fear without anger.. a test if you will... or a just randomness.

The million dollar question. But oh well. It's too costly for me to handle. I did have fun. Got paid for an art commision at the event. Not much. But it's a start. Met my old friends. Made new ones. Also to endless possibilities... smile

So Julie....

A small dedication to one whom.... well... I had a crush on...

Yea sure. The usual case for me as always. Infatuation hits you when you least expected. And things gets akward. You just say what you're really feeling cos you fear that you'll lose her....

Well I wouldn't say I lost her. Maybe we just aren't in the same page. There's no similarities we share except for the fact we went to the same tuition centre, same form 6 class, we were at the same prom but I totally didn't remember her... and oh yea. We're both Homosapiens...

Sometimes I wish I had forgotten her. Well the thought of her doesn't come much. But today is her Birthday. Ha! I even remember her birthday. I even remember her full name. But do I get a 'Hello' from her? Do I get a Birthday greeting? Well, apparently not...

So I ask myself why I bother thinking about her? Why do I get all mushy when I listen to Jason Lo's sappy song? (Which was a dedication from him to his dearly departed friend)

This is where I really get really mixed-up pretty bad.

It's times like these where I wish I wasn't human. Where absense doesn't make the heart grow fonder. Especially when that someone you care for doesn't care back atcha your way....

So Julie's gotta head on.....

another actor... gone to soon...

All thing said and done, I bid you adeu.

RIP Patrick Swayze

Ok. So right now, I don't know wheater to start from the part where i got my Spidey-Sense when mom almost for got cheated off RM2 at the petrol station just now... Well since I started it, might as well finish it.

See, mom was filling up her car when there was a hiccups with the nozle. So apparentely, mom didnt feel like there was any petrol going in at the 1st time. So the screen told her to put the nozle back and then pick it up again to fill it up. So mom filled her full tank worth RM58.04. Mom gave me 60.05. So I should at least get RM2 back.

But NOOOOOO... Instead i got back around 5 cents! WTF?!

When asked what was the problem, the guys in the petrol station said that mom had filled an extra RM1.85. I accepted it as usual since it wasn't me who filled it up. Not that I'm blaming my mom. It's just that at that time, it's all I could do dry So I told mom and typically like her, she turned to HULK mode... Seriously, you don't wanna mess with my mom... Eventually, we got our RM2 back. And again... typically mom... she ranted on about the whole thing and was calling them cheaters....

IMHO, it wasn't them to blame. The machine had a problem with it. And I was quite happy that the dudes there didn't get defensive... or else... There would have been a Verbal Slugfest!!!!

..................................................

You know, my title should have been something else other than the THE PILE UP. But i guess, come to think about it, there's a connection. Why? Economic ressecion. Yup Folks! It's time where everything to deal with the $$$$$ is about to increase. So yea... The PileUp... And Gawd knows what else is about to go on....

As for the REAL pile up i was talking about, they are:-

Anyway. This would be my 1st Blog after 4 years.

Yes. I've not been a blogger for a loooong time.

anywayz,,,,, If you wanna know about me, go to 'About Me' DUH!!! :p

If you wanna see what I love doing and possibly an insight of what I can do? go to 'PortFolio'

And now to the Daily Stuff :-

3rd week of the new semester of my last year and things seem to be very heavy. Well yea. When you got subjects like Philosophy and Psychology in the mix, it can wear you down. And there seems to be a lot of subjects that just mindfucks you to La La Land.

Still, I'm chillin' down writing this entry and Facebooking, and deviantArt-ing, and chatting and YouTubing and artworking and... what else... Guess I'll stop there.... and here.

As my conclusion, here's one very good depiction of the greatest con artists, Taxi Drivers... Enjoy!
